History of Barangay San Joaquin
Barangay San Joaquin is approximately 26.7 km. away from Provincial Capitol, 1.5 km. away from Municipal Hall and 500 meters away from National Highway. It is bounded on the North by Barangay Dolores, on the South by Barangay Poblacion, on the East by Barangay Mamatitang and on the West by Clark Special Economic Zone, all of Mabalacat.
To work towards making the barangay a safe, peaceful and progressive community. To ensure the well being of its citizenry thru easy access to health services, encourage micro entrepreneurship, participation in eco-waste management programs, and help in making the barangay a drug free community.
A model community with self-reliant, productive and responsible citizenry who take active participation towards achieving a wholesome, safe and drug-free environment under a God-fearing, responsible, solid and unified leadership.
