Mayor Garbo Receives Certificate of Anti-Corruption Integrity from Anti Corruption Civil Movement Gen. FederationOctober 24, 2018 12:50 am / News
MABALACAT CITY – Due to his sincerity and transparency in Public Service, Mayor Crisostomo Garbo was chosen to be the awardee of Certificate of Anti-Corruption Integrity by the Anti-Corruption Civil Movement General Central Luzon Federation. Said recognition was given today, Oct. 22, 2018, during the flag raising ceremony of MCG in Xevera, Tabun, Mabt. City.
Dr. Jerome Sagad, President of Pampanga Association of Chaplains Inc. presented the award to Mayor Garbo, along with Rev. Dr. Joshua Manjo Kim, a Korean National and President of ACMGF Central Luzon. Dr. Sagad also left words of wisdom and encouragement to the employees focusing on how the intimate relationship with the Lord can affect one’s integrity thus influencing more people to serve better. These, he believed are what Mayor Garbo possessed which made him deserving of the award.
The local chief thanked the ACMGF for such recognition and offered all the glory to the Lord. He as well shared his award to the citizens of Mabalacat City as this also shows the great integrity of the people he represents.
Mr. Woen Deck Ho, President ACMGF Korea, together with other executive members, was also present in the activity. Aside from the award, the ACMGF also brought their Saxophone Orchestra for a musical presentation. The said group is in the country to celebrate their anniversary. As such, they invited the public in their week-long celebration in different towns in the province.
