MCG-City Accounting Office Holds Coordination Meeting with MCG Department’s Property CustodiansJanuary 11, 2019 12:09 pm / News
MABALACAT CITY – To further discuss about the submission of Income Tax Return (ITR) BIR FOrm 2316 and inventory of properties, equipment and vehicles of the local government, the City Accounting Office gathered the Property Custodians of all MCG Departments in a meeting today, Jan. 09, 2019, at Jade Hall, Xevera Lot Only, Tabun, Mabalacat City.
Ms. Marie Nabong, Accounting Staff led the discussion on the submission of ITR forms with the corresponding Cedula of all the covered employees in the city hall. Whereas, Ms. Analou Mallari, Acctg. Staff, explained the process of Inventory of Service Vehicle of the MCG Departments to the 54 representatives/custodians.
Ms. Danica Marc Nabong, Asst. City Accountant, explained the plan of the office to conduct an ocular visit, property inventory and tagging to all MCG Departments.
